EVENT MANAGER
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hybrid Producer/Event Manager to join our team. As a Hybrid Producer/Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing hybrid events that seamlessly combine in-person and virtual elements. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in event management, excellent organizational and communication skills, and expertise in executing successful hybrid events.

Requirements​

Proven experience in event management, specifically in planning and executing hybrid events (managing and coordinating event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation).

Strong understanding of event technology platforms, virtual event tools, live streaming solutions and project management tools.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

EVENT EXECUTIVE
The Event Executive plays a crucial role in planning, organizing, and executing various events, ensuring their successful delivery and exceptional attendee experience. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The Event Executive will collaborate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless event operations from start to finish.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in event planning and execution (MICE, People Association Events, etc).

Strong project management, organizational skills, interpersonal and communication skills.

We are seeking a talented and creative Events Designer to join our team. As an Events Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing visually stunning events that leave a lasting impression. JNR is always looking for fresh, new faces to help us out with our many events! If you are interested in being one of our weekend warriors and are willing to travel to various locations, let us know.

Being a part of the crew would include setting up logistics, assisting with food live stations and entertainment areas, and tearing down event sites. Some jobs can be physically demanding and the event venue may be outdoors. However, it will definitely be a fun experience for you!
